Managing Cards

Ordering Cards

Under the cards tab, you can view Ordered, Active, and Terminated cards. To order a new card, follow these steps:

  1. Click Order Card in the top right corner
  1. Choose card format: Select either physical or virtual.
  1. Card information: Choose the employee for whom you are ordering the card.
  1. Card program: Select your preferred card program (more information about card
    1. programs can be found under settings)

  1. Spend period: Choose the spend period, which can be monthly, yearly, or forever.

Spend period, is the period for which your spend limit is available, it either gets renewed monthly, yearly or forever (forever is a set spend period that does not get renewed)

  1. Spend limit: Set a spend limit for the card.
  1. Order the card: Confirm your order by pressing the Order card button.

Note:

  • For virtual cards, you have the option to customize the expiry date.
  • Physical cards will appear under the Ordered tab until activated.
  • Virtual cards will be ready for use instantly.
    • Under the cards tab you can also view card details and freeze, unfreeze, or terminate cards.

Freezing Cards

Freeze, unfreeze, and terminate cards: To freeze or terminate a card, select a card from the menu. Under the card you can choose to freeze or terminate the card.

Important: If you terminate a card, the card will be cancelled, this step cannot be undone. Freezing the card, will place it on hold an can be undone later.

If a card is already frozen, you can choose to unfreeze it. Termination reasons

There are multiple termination reason available in the system; For physical cards

  • Not needed anymore
  • Suspicion of fraud

For virtual cards

  • Not needed anymore
  • Suspicion of fraud

View card details: Click on a card to open the side menu. The menu will display:

The latest transactions on the card. An image of the card along with its details.

To access settings or history, press the more button at the top of the side menu.

  • Settings:
    • View and change the card program.

      Adjust the spend limit.

      Set up card controls, such as:

      • Allowed countries for card use.
      • Allowed spending categories.
  • History:
    • view who ordered the card.

      Check if the card was added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

      Important: If β€˜Suspicion of fraud’ is selected as the termination reason, the card is immediately terminated. A warning icon appears next to the card for Administrators and Card Managers. Any transaction disputes must be handled outside of the termination flow and system.
