Requesting & Managing Cards

Learn how to request new cards and manage existing ones.

Physical Cards

  1. Once a Card Manager orders a physical card for an employee, the card will appear in the app.
  1. After receiving the card, employees must activate it in the app using the last four digits of the card number. Once activated, the card can be added directly to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet from the app.

Virtual Cards

Employees can obtain a virtual card either:

  1. By having a Card Manager order it via the web portal.
  1. By requesting one directly in the app.
 

To request a virtual card through the app: 1. Press the request card button on the home screen. 2. Fill in the requested amount and purpose of the card. 3. Adjust the expiry date if necessary. 4. Submit the request.

Once approved by a Card Manager, the virtual card can be added to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet and is instantly ready for use.
