Enrich an Expense

After using a company card (physical or virtual), employees will instantly receive a notification from the app prompting them to enrich their expense.

How to enrich an expense

1. Add the receipt: Take a photo of the receipt with your phone. Upload an existing receipt saved on your phone by tapping the upload icon on

the left side of the screen. Share PDFs directly from your phone's mailbox to the app.

2. Provide additional details: Specify the team the expense belongs to. Choose the expense category. Add a comment (if required). Add cost dimensions Split the expense (if necessary) Mark as personal (if necessary)

3. Submit for approval: Once all details are filled in, submit the expense for approval

Split Expense

If an expense belongs to multiple categories, it can be split. You can split an expense in three different ways: by amount, into parts, or by percentage.

To split an expense:

  1. Press the three dots in the top-right corner of the expense
  1. Select Split Expense
  1. Choose your preferred method
  1. Enter the new details
  1. Submit all splits for approval
 

Note: Employees are only able to split expenses after the transactions has been settled and once a split has been preformed it cannot be undone.

 

Details and card controls

In the app, you can view and manage card details as well as check card controls.

Accessing card settings

  1. Select a specific card.
  1. Tap the card with gear icon in the top-right corner.

Available actions

  • Add the card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.
  • Freeze or terminate the card.
  • View card controls, such as:

Approved countries for use.

Allowed categories for spending. Give the card a friendly name to easily differentiate it in the app.
